Garden weddings are always some of my favourites, and Sheila and Francois’ wedding definitely didn’t disappoint!
Their day was the perfect mix of elegant but relaxed. First of all, Sheila has the most amazing style and taste in everything. She’s also super kind, down to earth and easy going. Basically the perfect combination for a bride! All the details from the flowers, to Sheila’s sophisticated dress and her dusty blue Jimmy Choos were so stunning.
I loved how they customized their day to focus on the things that were most important to them, like spending time with their closest family and friends. The weather also co-operated to give us a beautiful warm spring day, so Sheila and Francois had a romantic garden ceremony. The final touch was their dachshund who stole the show in more than a few photos!
From the Bride:
“Lushana was amazing to work with from beginning to end. She was very reliable and quick to respond. She made sure to get every detail I requested. The photos are amazing!!! I love just scrolling through and reliving the day! -Sheila

Sheila and Francois opted for a quick first look right before their ceremony so they could spend a few minutes together celebrating with their best friends and close family.

After stealing away for a quick toast with their best man + maid of honour, and taking a few quiet minutes to themselves, we headed down into the garden for their ceremony!

Their adorable Dachshund was kind of the start of the wedding!

One of my favourite parts of Sheila and Francois’ wedding was that they skipped the full bridal party and had their two best friends at their sides.

Just at the sun was setting they stole a few more minutes to themselves while waiting for people to be seated for the reception.

As the sun set, they headed inside to the intimate dining room decorated with pastel spring flowers for a 3 course dinner, emotional speeches and a quick first dance.
