This shoot has so much amazing inspiration for a downtown Toronto wedding!
One of my favourite things about winter is having time to slow down and recharge. I love getting the chance to take a break and recharge. One of the best ways to get inspired for a new wedding season is through creative shoots. I especially love meeting new wedding creatives on projects like this. It’s such a great way to try new things and rediscover my passion for the art of photography. This Great Hall Toronto wedding shoot definitely fit the bill.
When Stephanie of BLUUMBLVD emailed me to ask if I would be the photographer for this project I was so excited! She had a vision for a shoot that was inspired by feminine beauty and strength, put together by a team of all female wedding professionals. We shot at the beautiful Great Hall on Queen St West. I had never shot at this venue before, but I fell in love with the space! It has the most beautiful natural light, white walls and elegant architecture. I would love the photograph a Great Hall Toronto wedding sometime!
Stephanie also rounded up an amazingly talented group of wedding vendors for this shoot!
I loved the calligraphy, the table setting, the hand painted backdrop and beautiful headpieces by Blair Nadeau. My favourites details of this shoot though are the dreamy dress by Mywony and the adorable individual cake place settings! Make sure to check out all the local Toronto vendors in the credits at the bottom of this post!
I’m also so excited to have this shoot featured on the Canadian fine art wedding blog Joy Wed!
